Phoenix Legend Hotel Hanoi

We spent 4 nights in a double room with thoughtful touches. the great breakfast was on offer daily. Incredible very central location near to the airport, the lake, the shopping district, and the historic center in a quiet street.

a perfect area, good location just off the center of hanoi, and the church, lake and restaurtants, in the center. tastefully decorated, neat unit with a great breakfast, a clean bathroom and hairdryer.

I had really nice days staying at this trendy boutique hotel. the location was absolutely perfect, adjacent to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Less than a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Cathedral, and restaurants. the room was well furnished with a mini-bar, iron/ironing board, and work desk. I appreciated the street view from my room.

The staff was great and absolutely perfect, they suggested places to visit. The breakfast was delicious. The room was surprisingly spacious and bright with thoughtful touches.

The staff was excellent - we would definitely stop here again. Everything was superb, it had excellent wifi. the location was unbeatable and fantastic, close to Hoan Kiem lake. the services were great.

I had a really good stay at the Phoenix Legend Hotel. the property was clean, the room was a nice size. All the staff were very helpful and efficient. I truly enjoyed exceptional customer service. the location was perfect and exceptionally nice, just off the lake and the shopping district as well as the center of the old district and easily accessible. It also was near most attractions in the old quarter.

For our four-day stay in Hanoi, we initially booked only one night online at Phoenix Legend. The staff warmly welcomed us and provided helpful information about the area. They were always available and ready to assist us with any requests. The tour organization was excellent, with affordable prices and convenient pick-up from the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, including WiFi and international channels on the TV. We were able to extend our stay without any issues. a great value for money!

The staff are incredibly friendly and provide exceptional service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from.
